I like them all but the gingerbread cookie is always my fave. I've only been cross stitch for a couple of years. I've never use the plastic canvas. Do I use three strands when doing it?
ReplyDeletePlastic canvas is great, especially when making things like my tree decorations. The only fiddly part is cutting around the design afterwards. I stitched these designs onto 14 count using 2 strands. I used 2 strands on the backstitch on the face of the christmas tree to make it stand out more against the dark green, the rest of the backstitch is one strand on all of the designs. Give it a go - you'll enjoy it!
