Chance to win

Hello again. Just a quick reminder to get your friends following my blog to be in with a chance of winning the new cross stitcher celebrations bookazine. I'll be picking a name at random as soon as I've finished the school run at about 9.15am! Good luck!
In the meantime, I hope everyone in the UK stays safe in the awful weather we've been having. It's forecast for the river Ouse to flood yet again over night tonight...hmmm...maybe we'll be swimming the school run! If you're house bound why not stitch my rainy freebie cross stitch download!

Knitting & Stitching Show

Hi everyone, hope you've all had a lovely weekend! My family and I went to the knitting and stitching show in Harrogate today. There was so much to look at...it was positively a feast for the eyes! I could have spent a lot longer than the 3 hours we had there, however, my 3 and 5 year old have other ideas! At least they got the opportunity to make some decoupage Christmas tree decorations, they're looking to decorating the tree even more than usual now! They also had a lovely play (under the watchful eye of security!) with the beautifully made woollen village. My favourite part of the village was the knitted ice cream van, there was even a little knitted child buying ice cream! Genius!
