Free cross stitch alphabet chart

Hello again! Sorry I've not been posting many regular updates, I've been very busy with lovely commissions, hence my absence from website news!
Just to let you know that there's a new free cross chart now on the website. I realized that there's not a great deal of free alphabet charts out there so here's one of mine! It's been charted using just one color so that you can choose your own to personalize your stitching. I hope you all like it!

Hi everyone. I hope that you're all almost ready for the festive period, Christmas is almost here! I'm really looking forward to seeing my daughter's faces as they open their presents!

Knitting & Stitching Show

Hi everyone, hope you've all had a lovely weekend! My family and I went to the knitting and stitching show in Harrogate today. There was so much to look at...it was positively a feast for the eyes! I could have spent a lot longer than the 3 hours we had there, however, my 3 and 5 year old have other ideas! At least they got the opportunity to make some decoupage Christmas tree decorations, they're looking to decorating the tree even more than usual now! They also had a lovely play (under the watchful eye of security!) with the beautifully made woollen village. My favourite part of the village was the knitted ice cream van, there was even a little knitted child buying ice cream! Genius!

Good morning all. Just thought I'd pop a photo on here of a new cross stitch design I'm working on which is being stitched onto plastic canvas. Can you guess what it is yet?! Will be appearing on the website soon.

The New Website.

Welcome to the new blog for JB Cross Stitch. It's been a busy few weeks setting up the website and putting the designs together to go on it.  We've had a good response to the charts and patterns that have been put on the website so far; especially the freebies. Now that Christmas is over I'll be looking at putting some more designs onto the website with Valentines and Easter in mind!
